Bill Chambers is an artist and options trading tutorial teacher. He currently lives and works in Cardiff where he is a long standing member of Old Library Artists Ltd, an how to make money trading binary options artists’ co-operative based at Oriel Canfas in Canton, Cardiff. A specialist in printmaking, Bill makes prints and artists' books. He has exibited widely in Wales and abroad.
